Church Mobilisation helps people discover their spiritual gifts and passions and explore ways of serving through participating churches.
We aim to collect and use only the personal information needed to support this purpose.
2. Your Spiritual Gifts Assessment
The Spiritual Gifts Assessment is intended for persons aged 18 and over.
You do not need to register or sign in to complete the Spiritual Gifts Assessment.
Your assessment answers and gift results remain in your browser. They are not submitted with an Expression of Interest and are not stored as part of your identifiable Expression of Interest record.
3. When you express interest
If you choose to express interest in a ministry opportunity or ministry idea, we ask for your name and email address. You may also choose to provide a mobile number and a short message.
We also record information needed to administer your Expression of Interest, such as the church and opportunity concerned, your consent, the date of submission, its follow-up status and relevant follow-up notes.
4. Why we use this information
Your personal information is used to follow up your Expression of Interest and for related church mobilisation administration.
We do not use the information you provide through an Expression of Interest for unrelated purposes.
5. Who may have access
Your Expression of Interest may be accessed by appropriate mobilisation personnel, church administrators, ministry leaders and authorised Church Mobilisation platform administrators where access is needed to follow up or administer your enquiry.
Access should be limited to people who need the information for these purposes.
6. Technology service providers
Church Mobilisation uses technology service providers to host, operate, secure and support the platform and to deliver system communications. These providers may process information as necessary to provide those services.
7. How long we keep Expression of Interest information
Personal information associated with an Expression of Interest will normally be retained for up to 24 months after the most recent follow-up activity.
After that period, the personal information should be deleted or de-identified unless there is a legitimate or legal reason to retain it for longer.
8. Your choices and rights
You may contact us if you want to ask what personal information we hold about you, request that inaccurate information be corrected, request deletion where applicable, or withdraw your consent to further contact.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards intended to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure.
